All transactions on the phjoni Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phjoni supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at phjoni's discretion.
Deposits are generally credited to your phjoni account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phjoni is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phjoni makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included on the Platform.
phjoni's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoni account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjoni collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phjoni Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phjoni implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and phjoni cannot guarantee absolute security.
phjoni reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phjoni's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phjoni will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
